Founded by a dedicated group of EMS professionals, educators, and outdoor-enthusiasts, our curriculum spans a wide range of critical topics, including CPR, First Aid, AED usage, emergency preparedness, and professional healthcare training. Each course combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice, ensuring participants are well-equipped to act confidently and effectively in emergencies.

Jeremiah Partin M.S., PI/IC, NR-CCP

President/ CEO

Born in Grundy County Tennessee, Jeremiah is an experienced healthcare leader and health science educator with a strong background in critical care paramedicine, management, and higher education

He has had a very rewarding career in Middle Tennessee as a critical care paramedic, flight paramedic, and EMS Program coordinator. He has dedicated much of his career to the clinical education of both healthcare professionals, as well as the public.


Committed to sharing knowledge and supporting others in their career and educational endeavors, he has been involved with the American Heart Association for over a decade as an instructor and faculty.


Cain Campbell B.S., R. EEG T.

Chief Operating Officer

Raised in Altamont, Tennessee, Cain has built a career that bridges education with the specialized field of neurodiagnostic technology. After completing his studies at Tennessee Technological University, where he majored in education, Cain furthered his expertise at Vanderbilt University. There, he gained certification in neurodiagnostic technology, learning the ropes of this intricate field that studies the nervous system’s functioning.

With a solid footing in both teaching and healthcare, Cain has dedicated himself to applying his knowledge in practical settings and sharing it with others. He’s known for his straightforward approach to teaching complex subjects, making them accessible to students and professionals alike.

Beyond the technical aspects of his work, Cain values the importance of continuous learning and professional growth in healthcare. He’s passionate about contributing to the field, not just through direct patient care but also by preparing future professionals to meet the challenges of healthcare with knowledge and confidence.

David Miller B.A.

Director of Operations- Eastern Division

David was born in Knoxville, TN. He started his CPR and First Aid Journey as a lifeguard in high school. Later, he transitioned into the world of whitewater, which has led to a more than 25 year career as a raft guide. This fueled his passion for outdoor emergency medicine and led him to work on ambulances. David worked as an advanced EMT in Tennessee for over 7 years. He also worked on the emergency response team at Bonnaroo Music Festival for many years, and he has responded as medical staff during wildfires with the US Forestry Service. 

David has been teaching CPR courses since 2015. He has also been certified by the American Canoe Association for swiftwater rescue, and he continues to guide rafts on the Ocoee River. He is also the co-owner and manager of The Joyful Holler, which offers vacation and event rentals at his family homestead in Polk County, Tennessee. 

David obtained a Bachelor of Arts in 2007 from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Public Health.

Jacob Partin

Chief Technology Officer

Born in Gruetli-Laager, Tennessee, Jacob is a seasoned technology leader with a robust background in software development, system optimization, and healthcare. His career began in IT, managing network systems and troubleshooting complex technical issues while still in high school. Jacob later transitioned to healthcare, where he worked as an EMT, combining his technical skills with patient care.

Returning to IT, Jacob leveraged his dual expertise to develop innovative solutions that enhance digital processes and improve user experiences, particularly in environments requiring stringent reliability and precision, such as healthcare settings.

Dedicated to continuous learning and professional development, Jacob has been instrumental in mentoring upcoming tech professionals and integrating advanced technology solutions into everyday use. His diverse skill set and unique experiences make him a valuable leader in navigating the intersection of technology and healthcare.
